1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Bet" — any wager placed on a sporting event, live casino game, cockfighting event, or any other outcome offered on the 88ed game platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other incentive offered by 88ed game to Users, subject to bonus-specific terms.
• "Jackpot" — a prize pool accumulated across multiple slot game plays, paid to a qualifying winner as defined by the game's rules.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the 88ed game platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with the 88ed game Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

88ed game reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification — from any User at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents will result in account suspension and may result in account closure.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration

Each Pakistan player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 88ed game platform. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 88ed game employs technical and manual controls to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the first registered will be closed and balances held within duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88ed game account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 88ed game will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. You must notify 88ed game immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 88ed game recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account via your account security settings.

4.3 Account Information Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the 88ed game platform is accurate, complete, and up to date. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 88ed game reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be materially inaccurate or where identity verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits into your 88ed game account are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). 88ed game accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, SadaPay, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, MCB Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, and USDT BEP20.

The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR via Easypaisa and JazzCash. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers and card payments may vary and are displayed on the deposit page within your 88ed game account at the time of transaction. 88ed game does not charge deposit fees on any of the above methods. Your payment provider may charge their own fees independent of 88ed game, and 88ed game has no control over or liability for such charges.

Deposits are credited to your 88ed game balance immediately for Easypaisa and JazzCash transactions. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt, which typically occurs within the same business day. Crypto deposits are credited upon the required network confirmations, which may take up to 30 minutes depending on network congestion.

88ed game reserves the right to decline any deposit at its discretion and to conduct additional verification checks on large deposits as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. Funds deposited into your 88ed game account may only be used for gambling on the 88ed game platform and may not be held as a general purpose savings mechanism.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals of winnings and available balance from your 88ed game account are processed in PKR to your registered Pakistan payment method. The default withdrawal destination is the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. 88ed game does not charge withdrawal fees; however, third-party network fees may apply to cryptocurrency withdrawals and these are deducted from the withdrawal amount.

Before processing any withdrawal, 88ed game may require you to complete identity verification in accordance with applicable know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Withdrawal requests may be subject to a processing period of up to 3 business days following approval. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval during standard processing hours.

88ed game reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, terms violation, or compliance concern. You will be notified if your withdrawal is subject to additional review, and 88ed game will endeavour to complete such review within 10 business days.

7. Sports Betting and Market Rules

All sports bets placed on the 88ed game platform are subject to the rules applicable to the relevant sport, league, or event. 88ed game offers sports betting markets including but not limited to Premier League football, HBL Pakistan Super League cricket, international cricket, cockfighting, and other sports as listed on the platform at any given time.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is accepted and confirmed only when 88ed game displays a bet confirmation reference number. Bets that do not receive a confirmation reference due to technical error or connectivity failure are not binding on 88ed game. It is the User's responsibility to verify that bets have been successfully placed and confirmed.

7.2 Void Bets

88ed game reserves the right to void any bet where: the odds displayed were the result of a manifest error; the event to which the bet relates is cancelled or postponed; the market is suspended due to a significant event affecting the outcome; or where the bet appears to have been placed with knowledge of a corrupted outcome. Voided bets are settled by returning the original stake to the User's 88ed game account balance.

7.3 Palpable Errors

Where odds are published in error — including as a result of human error, data feed malfunction, or technical fault — 88ed game reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes, even after initial settlement. A palpable error is defined as odds that are clearly materially different from the fair market price at the time the bet was placed.

8. Casino Games and Jackpot Slots

All casino games — including live dealer games, RNG table games, and jackpot slots — available on the 88ed game platform are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. The rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and jackpot conditions for each game are determined by the relevant game supplier and are displayed within each game's paytable and information panel.

Progressive jackpot prize amounts displayed on the 88ed game platform are approximate and subject to the game supplier's jackpot calculation methodology. 88ed game is not liable for discrepancies between displayed jackpot amounts and actual paid amounts where such discrepancies arise from game supplier data or system feeds.

9. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game restrictions, and time limits.

Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus funds not used within the specified time limit will expire and be removed from your 88ed game account without replacement.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88ed game platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

Accounts found to have engaged in any prohibited activity will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Following investigation, 88ed game reserves the right to close the account permanently, forfeit all balances held within it, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.

All decisions by 88ed game regarding bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account status are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. 88ed game will provide written reasons for decisions upon request where such decisions materially affect a User's account balance.
